• Fauquier County Public Schools: There are three (3) elementary schools,two (2) middle schools and one (1) high school located in the Town of Warrenton and operated by the Fauquier
  County School System.
• Private Schools: There are a number of quality private schools available in the community to serve the education needs of area students.
• Colleges and Universities: Warrenton residents have the opportunity to pursue two and four-year degrees, as well as advanced postsecondary degrees and workforce training from colleges and universities located in the area.

The Fauquier campus of Lord Fairfax Community College provides a workforce training, computer instruction, web-based coursework and technology oriented degrees, as well as hosting Old Dominion University's Teletechnet program for advanced postsecondary degrees.
