From time to time throughout the year, the Town of Warrenton will issue Request for Proposals (RFP) and Invitations for Bid (IFB) in a effort to solicit proposals and bids from the private sector to provide goods and services to the Town. All IFB's and RFP's, in addition to being advertised in Fauquier Times Democrat, will be posted here.

As a convenience to all bidders and offerors, the Town will post, in pdf format all IFB's and RFP's here on the date bid packages are mailed to companies from the Town's bidder's list. To obtain a complete bid package via the US Postal Service, you may e-mail Staff or contact the Purchasing Agent at (540) 347-1102, in which case you will receive any and all addendums that might be issued. If you choose to download a bid package from this website, it will be your responsibility to check back prior to submitting your bid or proposal to determine if addenda have been issued. If an addendum is issued, in many cases, a written statement must be included with the bid or proposal in order for it to be considered responsive.
