Group Fitness
The WARF offers a variety of land and water group fitness classes, taught by nationally certified instructors including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba®, Water Aerobics and much more! Both high and low intensity classes are available. There’s something for everyone! 50 + classes every week are FREE for members! Participants ages 13 & up are permitted in group fitness classes.

Group Fitness Passes
Non-members may drop-in to Group Fitness classes or purchase a 15-punch pass. Each pass is good for one group fitness class* and does not include use of the facility before or after your class.
*Excludes specialty group fitness classes.

Personal Training
Maximize your health and physical potential with customized attention from one of our certified instructors. Our instructors are able to recognize your current ability level, health concerns and special needs to guide you on proper technique and form. Both personal and group training are available. Fitness Assessments
Work with a personal trainer to evaluate your fitness level in several important categories. At the completion of the evaluation, your personal trainer will recommend a fitness program designed to meet your individual goals. For more information about and to fill out a Request Form, click here.
Parent/Teen Certifications
Children 15 and under are not permitted in the Fitness Room. Teens 13 - 15 may complete a Parent/Teen Training Orientation in order to gain access to the Fitness Room when accompanied by a parent or guardian. For more information about and to fill out a Request Form, click here.
