UPDATE: The attachment is a composite sketch that was produced based on the victim's description of the suspicious person described in the narrative below.  Based on the information given by the victim, the sketch artist believes the suspect may have a "rougher/ homeless" appearance than the sketch.

On Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at approximately 10:30 A.M., officers responded to Breezewood Drive for a suspicious person. Upon the arrival of the officers, the suspicious person had left the area and was not located. It was reported that a juvenile left a residence and observed a black male across the street in the neighborhood. As the black male crossed the street towards the juvenile, the juvenile became frightened after it appeared the black male removed something from his pocket. The juvenile ran back into the residence and reported the incident to a family member.

There was no conversation or physical contact between the suspicious person and juvenile. The person is described as being a black male who is approximately 30 years of age, last seen wearing a black leather jacket with a blue sweatshirt and hood, torn blue jeans, and wearing socks but no shoes. The black male was last seen going toward Windward Court on Breezewood Drive.

The area was checked thoroughly, but officers were not able to locate the described person.  The suspicious person had not been seen in the neighborhood before, and has not been seen since the incident.
