The Department of Finance and Human Resources manages the day to day financial and human resource functions of the Town government. The department processes a variety of tax bills, water and sewer bills, business license applications and bills, meals tax returns, and collects payment for these items.  The Town accepts on-line payments for personal property, real estate taxes, business license renewals, utility bills, and parking tickets. The department handles the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as well as all payroll and human resource functions. Water and sewer billing changes, cut offs/on, and connections are also handled by the Finance Department.

The Cemetery located on Keith Street is maintained by the Town.  All interment records and burial information is maintained by the Finance Department.  Those records are kept at Town Hall.  

Finance and Human Resources is located in Town Hall at 18 Court Street in Old Town Warrenton.
