Aquatics Supervisor Job Description

  • The Town of Warrenton invites your interest in year-round part-time aquatics supervisor positions with the WARF. Must possess American Red Cross lifeguarding certification. Under general supervision of the Aquatics Coordinator, supervises and leads the Aquatic staff to include lifeguards, head-lifeguards, and Water Safety Instructors to ensure the safety of patrons in the aquatics area and prevents and responds to emergencies. Assists with all levels of aquatic programs to include but not limited to youth and adult conditioning classes, Red Cross learn-to-swim lesson program, Red Cross lifeguard certification and lifeguard re-certification classes.   Responsible for daily chemical checks and general inventory of aquatic supplies and needs. 

Customer Service Specialist Job Description

  • The Town of Warrenton invites your interest in part-time Customer Service Specialists at the WARF.  You must be customer service-oriented and possess basic computer skills.  Evening and weekend availability are a must.  The position is part-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week. Facility Services Coordinator Job Description

  • Full Time, Non-Exempt
  • Salary: $35,677.31 - $57,083.70 annually
  • As a member of the Department’s Leadership Team, the Facility Services Coordinator oversees departmental services by managing front-line staff to ensure excellent customer service and continuity of operations. This position directly supports customers both in-person and over the telephone. Including answering questions about all aspects of departmental programs and facilities, working to resolve customer issues, and assisting with registration processes. This position assists in the development and enforcement of facility rules and regulations for participant use. Works under the supervision of the designated supervisor.

Fitness Instructor Job Description

  • The Town of Warrenton invites your interest in part-time Fitness Instructors at the WARF to teach a variety of land and water-based classes such as spin, Pilates, Zumba, yoga, and functional fitness. Must be CPR and First Aid certified and possess certification from an accredited fitness organization. The starting rate of pay begins at $14.82 per hour, depending on qualifications. Manager on Duty Job Description

  • Salary: $13.44  - $21.50 hourly
