Open a New Service Account for Property Owners
You can request a new service account by telephone at (540) 347-2678 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. You can also download the Homeowner New Service Account Request Form (PDF) and return it to us in person or by emailing it to our offices.
Fee
There is an account transfer/setup fee of $25.00; this will appear on your first bill. You can expect to receive your first bill 30 to 60 days after your start date.
Required Information
You will be asked to provide the following information:
- Service address
- Name(s) to appear on your account
- Your social security number
- Your telephone number(s)
- Your email address
- Your mailing address (if different from the service address)
- The date service should begin - please note that we do not schedule service requests on weekends or holidays - processing of new account requests will take 1 to 2 business days.
