Use caution when accessing our website to make payments; there is a very deceptive look-a-like 3rd-party bill paying website (Doxo), that takes payments, charges a fee, and mails the payment to us. Those payments can take a couple of weeks to get to us.
The website will charge a 3% transaction fee for credit card payments, but there is no transaction fee if you pay with an e-check. You cannot use Paypal to make payments on our website.

Auto Draft
Have your payments automatically drafted from your bank account each month by setting up an automated bank debit service with us. Fill out the Automated Bank Debit Service Authorization Form (PDF) and mail it in with a voided check or a copy of a voided check. You can also scan and email your form to us.
Please note, deposits must be paid before auto-draft can be set up. Get the form to us by the 22nd of the month to have it active for the following month's billing. It will not be active for the current month's billing.
If making payments through your own bank's bill paying service, please allow at least 5 working days, as those payments are mailed to us and are not processed electronically. (During the holiday season, you may want to allow more than 5 days, due to delays in the mail.)
If You Move
In the event a customer moves, it is their responsibility to make arrangements with the Town to get a final meter reading. The bill generated from this final reading will be marked "Final Bill".
Auto-Draft Bank Debit
If your bills are normally paid with the auto-draft bank debit, be aware that once your account has been finalized your auto-draft is turned off and the final bill will not be paid through the auto-draft service.
