Virtual Meeting Public Comment Procedures
As with our traditional meetings, there will be public comment at each Town Council Public Hearing. The public is encouraged to participate in public hearings electronically.
HOW TO MAKE A PUBLIC COMMENT AT A VIRTUAL MEETING
There are several ways you can comment at our virtual meetings:
1) Make a live comment during the virtual meeting – To do this, you’ll need to be logged in to the meeting through Zoom video conferencing service or a phone line. Live public comments will be accepted during the comment periods at virtual meetings, and commenters are asked to maintain the same rules of decorum as they would at a traditional public meeting. 2) Email a comment by noon the day prior to the meeting – Email comments received by this deadline will be read or summarized at the meeting and attached in full to the official record after the meeting. Fill out the form below.
